What is the "We Care" program and what does it mean to be a "We Care" participant? Every community has a few established, reliable businesses that have distinguished themselves with a record of high standards and exceptional service. We are one of those businesses. We are committed to providing the best service we can possibly provide with a professional attitude. We have the skills, training and standards high enough to be called a "We Care" participant. A "We Care" participant has been rigorously screened. To become a "We Care" participant we met a stringent eligibility test, including a licensing check as well as a legal review to verify that our business is fully qualified, reliable and trustworthy. A "We Care" participant is honest and respectful. We have a proven record of providing honest and reliable customer service. Our clients have come to expect fairness in pricing, service and recommendations. As a "We Care" participant we will continue to uphold and exceed the highest ethical standards of our profession. That includes treating every customer with the courtesy and respect they deserve. A "We Care" participant demands customer satisfaction. We don’t simply get the job done, we strive for excellence. We know that if our customers are happy with the service we have provided, they will use our service again and refer their friends to us. As a "We Care" participant we understand and respect the power clients have to help our business thrive. A "We Care" participant is a credit to the association. As a "We Care" participant, we are actively involved in organizations that work to improve the overall knowledge and quality of our profession. We demand excellence in everything we do and conduct business in a way that reflects positively on our profession, community and the "We Care" program. |

As a participant in the "We Care" program, we pledge to treat each client fairly and honestly, providing all agreed upon services in a timely and cost efficient manner. We pledge to our customers that we are using only state of the industry tools and methods. We pledge to our customers and employees that they will be treated with respect, in an unbiased fashion. We take pride in our work and believe that if we do good work, at a reasonable price and within the promised guidelines and timeframes, our clients will be satisfied and glad to refer a friend. We are part of a network of professionals who believe that maintaining quality and being courteous is more than a 9-5 commitment, but actually a way of life. Any association is only as good as its members. As an association of independent professionals it is important to maintain the integrity of the program. It is important that we are proud to be associated with the other professionals in the program as they are of us. If we fail to live up to the standards of the "We Care" program, we understand we will be removed from the program. Simply put, the Palm Beach Staffing Code of Ethics could be stated this way:
