Shirley Brown, RN, founder of Palm Beach Staffing Home Health, grew up in Palm Beach County and provided nursing services to residents of our area for over 35 years. Shirley has passed on the torch to her family, Debi and Richard Watson, who have assumed the leadership role to continue Shirley’s mission of compassionate care. Shirley continues to serve the company she started as a consultant.

Debi Watson, Administrator
Debi has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Texas A & M University. Before coming to Palm Beach Staffing Home Health she worked in the Christus St Michael HealthCare System (Texas) within hospital administration. Debi was born and raised in Palm Beach County and is the niece of Shirley Brown, the founder of Palm Beach Staffing Home Health. Contact Debi at

Richard Watson, CPA,  Assistant Administrator
Richard is Debi's husband and spent 25 years working in the accounting field before joining Debi and Shirley at Palm Beach Staffing Home Health. Debi and Richard have been married for more than 35 years and believe that a family atmosphere is essential to the success of Palm Beach Staffing Home Health. Contact Richard at

Roslyn Dempsey, RN,  Director of Nursing
Roslyn (or Lynn) has been with Palm Beach Staffing Home Health both in a part time and full time capacity since 1995. She has been a registered nurse since 1978 and Director of Nursing at Palm Beach Staffing Home Health since 2005. She is the step-daughter of Shirley Brown, the founder of Palm Beach Staffing Home Health. Contact Lynn at

Seth Watson, Office Manager
Seth has been with Palm Beach Staffing Home Health since 2005.  In addition to being the Office Manager he also handles the Human Resources duties. Seth is the son of Richard and Debi Watson. Contact Seth at  

Regina Chaney, RN, Nursing Supervisor
Regina has been with Palm Beach Staffing Home Health for over 15 years. She worked in direct client care before joining Palm Beach Staffing Home Health as a clinical supervisor in 2005. Regina has been a registered nurse since 1997. Contact Regina at  

Pam Filjones, LPN, Nurse Supervisor Liaison
Pam started working for Palm Beach Staffing Home Health in 2003 in a direct client care position. In 2008 she joined Palm Beach Staffing Home Health in a supervisory position. Pam has been a licensed practical nurse since 1994. Contact Pam at  

Cindy Hamilton, RN,  Nursing Supervisor
Cindy works with Palm Beach Staffing Home Health as a part time nursing supervisor. She has been a registered nurse since 1984. Contact Cindy at

Sharon Feeney, RN, On Call Nurse Supervisor
Sharon has been with Palm Beach Staffing Home Health since 2003 and she has been a registered nurse since 1993. Sharon handles nursing supervisor duties for Palm Beach Staffing Home Health after normal business hours. Lauren Harrell, Scheduling Coordinator
Lauren joined Palm Beach Staffing Home Health in 2010. It is her job to schedule caregivers with clients and her voice is the voice you hear on the phone most often when you call our offices during regular business hours. Contact Lauren at

Shirley Brown, RN, Consultant and Administrator Emeritus
Shirley founded Palm Beach Staffing Home Health in 1988 after working for decades as a private duty nurse and home health manager. She has over 50 years nursing experience and is still active as a consultant for Palm Beach Staffing Home Health.
